So you want to attend a BIPR event?

Registering an paying online is the best way to go, as it makes the pre-event registration process very simple. If you have signed up and paid online, all you have to do is check in, pick up any event materials, and relax.

Sometimes the first time you register, the process may seem confusing. We have provided a step-by-step instruction page to help walk you through the process. If you are still having problems, please fee free to call us at 303.442.4562 Monday – Thursday, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Step 1

Events are listed by date order on the right-hand side of the BIPR home page in the “Upcoming Events” menu. Locate the event you want to sign up for. Click the link to load the event page.

Step 2

Once the event page loads, you can read the event description. At the bottom of the Event page there is a form to fill out.

It is important to fill out all the boxes. In the event of an unexpected change, we will be able to contact you with any updated information.

Step 3

We often receive questions about the Promo Code box.

On occasion we do special events, but we rarely use this. Just leave this box blank.


Step 4

After clicking the “Submit” button, a page will load asking you to confirm that your information is correct.

If it is, click the “Confirm Registration” button.

If it is NOT correct, click the back arrow on your browser window and make any corrections.

Once all information is correct, click the “Confirm Registration” button.

Step 5

Click the PayPal button as your payment option. (This is the only way you can pay online.)

If you do not wish to pay online, you may call Heidi at 303-442-4562 and pay over the phone with your credit card. You can reach us Monday – Wednesday or Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. If you get the answering machine, we may be on the other line, or out of the office. Press Extension #9 to leave a message.

If you would prefer to mail in a check, you can download the flyer/registration form, (There is a link to the flyer/registration form on every event page) fill it out, and snail-mail your check to:

If the event date is less than 5 days away, and you do not want to pay online, register anyway, just don’t go through the payment portion. Bring a check with you to the registration desk at the beginning of the event. This is the least preferred method, as BIPR needs our registration to be as accurate as possible so we can make sure to order enough food, beverages, and seats for our attendees.

Step 6-A (If you have a PayPal account)

If you already have a PayPal account, fill in your Email and Password.

The PayPal Email and Password is information shared between you and PayPal, and BIPR can not retrieve a lost PayPal password for you.

If you DO NOT have a PayPal account, move to Step 6-B.

Step 6-B

If you DO NOT have a PayPal account, click the “Don’t have a PayPal account?” link.


Step 7

Fill out all of the boxes on the payment form.

Step 8

Click the “Pay” button to complete your payment.

You can opt to become a PayPal member (or not) if you so desire.

You will receive a PayPal confirmation receipt that will be sent to the email address you provided.
